Your First Purple Heart
The Purple Heart Hair Pro badge is awarded to Purple Hearts Club members who are graduating with their First Purple Heart. Like chef’s have Michelin Stars, now Hair Pro’s have Purple Hearts, and the Hair Pro badge is a symbol of dedication, talent and aspiration.
Excited at the prospect of achieving your first Purple Heart milestone as a member of The Purple Hearts Club? Follow the steps in the checklist below to make your Purple Heart aspiration a reality!
The First Purple Heart Checklist:
Have an active subscription to a Purple Heart Club Membership.
Have an active State Registration with the Hair Council (SRH) – or the recognised equivalent in your country.
Have an active Insurance Policy.
Have completed the Purple Heart One Workbook (Standardisation).
Have completed the Purple Heart Hair Pro Standards: Foundations of Commercial & Creative Excellence Class (Online).
Assessed and recognised for consistent professional standards (online by a WELOVE Ambassador).
Have completed the WELOVE academy fundamentals of Tricho-care course
Have completed at-least one fundamentals course in a chosen speciality via the WELOVE Academy
Second and Third Purple Hearts
Once you’ve graduated with your First Purple Heart, you’ll be able to apply for your second, third or even straight to your forth (if you meet the criteria, see below) Purple Hearts. To achieve your Second or Third Purple Hearts you will need to have:
Have completed all the requirements and achieved a first purple heart
Have completed the WELOVE Master Commercial Class
have completed the WELOVE Master in Tricho-care course
Have an active State Registration with the Hair Council (SRH) – or the recognised equivalent in your country.
Have an active Insurance Policy.
Have an active PH Club Membership
Demonstrate CPD training of:
TWO PURPLE HEARTS: 25 hours + per year
THREE PURPLE HEARTS: 35 hours + per year
PLUS:
Second Purple Heart: Have completed at least one Master Course in a chosen speciality
Third Purple Heart: Have completed at least two Master Courses in your chosen specialities
Have completed all the requirements and achieved a first purple heart
Be registered as MASTER PROFESSIONAL with the Hair Council.
Have 5 + years commercial experience
Have an active Insurance Policy.
Have an active ph club membership
Demonstrate CPD training of 45 hours + per year
PLUS:
Four Purple Hearts: Have been assessed and recognised for consistent professional standards at a master level (Online by a WELOVE Ambassador).
Five Purple Hearts: The Gold Standard - CCH Badge (Creative and Commercial Hair): Have completed at least FOUR (or more) WELOVE Academy Master Classes in your chosen specialities
