WELOVE and The Purple Hearts Club – Membership Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to WELOVE and The Purple Hearts Club. By becoming a member, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions, which govern your use of our services and participation in our programmes.

2. Membership Structure and Entitlements

Entry Membership – £22.80/month:

  • 4 face-to-face CPD course days of your choice (2–4 Purple Hearts) per year

  • Unlimited access to online classes

Standard Membership – £35/month:

  • 12 face-to-face CPD course days of your choice (2–4 Purple Hearts) per year

  • Unlimited access to online classes

Master Membership – £60/month:

  • Unlimited access to face-to-face and online CPD courses (1–7 Purple Hearts)

Membership fees will be reviewed periodically and may be increased or decreased, any change in fees will apply from the next annual membership renewal date.

3. Term and Payment

Membership is an annual contractual commitment and is payable:

  • Monthly via Direct Debit or BACS, or credit or debit card (via website)

  • Annually in advance

Memberships is an annual contractual commitment and must be paid for in full either in advance or monthly over a 12-month period. (except within the statutory 14-day cooling-off period).

If State Registration has been processed during the cooling-off period, you will be liable for the full cost of registration (£70), plus any applicable admin fees.

If you attend any classes during the cooling-off period and subsequently cancel, those classes will be charged at the non-member rate (variable depending on the class).

4. Membership Renewal

All memberships renew annually. Continued access to Purple Hearts Club content, CPD courses, usage rights for the Purple Heart badge, and post-nominal letters require an active paid-up membership.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Membership Cancellation:

Membership may be cancelled within the statutory cooling-off period of 14 days, where cancelled within 14 days a full refund will be given. No refunds are given if membership is cancelled within the 12-month membership contracted period, all fees and invoices must be paid in full.

Course Cancellation:

  • 1 months’ notice is required for any course exchange.

  • Courses fees are non-refundable.

Refund Disputes:

We aim to resolve disputes fairly. Contact info@welovepurpleheartsclub.com with your concerns.

6. Certification and Graduation

Certificates are issued via email upon successful completion of an assessment. All official certifications, accreditations, and Master awards are presented at the annual Graduation Ceremony.

7. Course Availability and Equipment

Courses are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Members must provide their own tools (e.g., stands, blocks). We are happy to recommend suitable suppliers.

8. Brand Neutrality

WELOVE and The Purple Hearts Club are brand-neutral. We collaborate with sponsor brands who align with our ethos to support our educators and events.

9. Feedback

We have a professional feedback process in place. Please contact us if you would like to participate.

10. Modifications to Terms

These terms are subject to change. Members will be notified of any significant updates.

11. Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement and the relationship between You and Us (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law.
