Terms and Conditions: Purple Hearts Club “Dream Big” Competition
1. General
The “Dream Big” competition (the “Competition”) is organised by WELOVE and The Purple Hearts Club (the “Organiser”).
Entry into the Competition is open exclusively to current, paying members of the Purple Hearts Club.
By entering the Competition, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Competition Entry
The Competition entry period begins on 9th September 2025 and ends on 31st December 2025 at 11.59pm GMT.
All entries must be submitted via the official form on www.welovepurpleheartsclub.com.
Entries must align with the theme, “What’s Your Story?”, and should highlight the entrant's passion, professionalism, and career journey as a hair professional.
Each participant may submit only one entry.
The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
3. Judging and Winner Selection
Entries will be judged by a panel of judges selected by the Organiser.
Judging criteria will include, but are not limited to: creativity, passion, clarity of story, and professional relevance.
The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be announced on March 1st 2026 via email.
4. Prize
The winner of the Competition will receive the following prize package:
A headline slot on the Global Stage at Hair Pro Fest.
A professional photoshoot with full usage rights for all resulting images.
PR opportunities, which may include interviews, features, and media appearances.
A feature in WELOVE Magazine.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
5. Publicity
By entering the Competition, participants grant the Organiser permission to use their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity and promotional activities related to the Competition.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Organiser is not responsible for any technical failures, lost, or misdirected entries.
The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by any participant as a result of their participation in the Competition or use of the prize.
7. Data Protection
Any personal data collected during the Competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and will be handled in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
