Chris Grimley is the founder and proud owner of Fusion Hair Co., a vibrant salon based in Lincolnshire. Her passion for hairdressing began at a young age, fuelled by countless hours spent playing with Girls World dolls and styling the hair of her school friends. This early enthusiasm laid the groundwork for a lifelong journey in the world of hairdressing.

After leaving school, Chris pursued her dream by enrolling in college, where she qualified in hairdressing with distinction and went on to complete her NVQ Level Three. Her career began in a salon in Grimsby, but it was during her time at Pampas, also in Grimsby, that she truly honed her skills under the guidance of a brilliant teacher who emphasised the importance of precision cutting—an essential foundation for any hairstylist.

As Chris's career progressed, she balanced her professional life with starting a family, which led her to provide mobile hairdressing services for a period. She eventually transitioned to working in a small salon in Keelby, where her passion for sharing knowledge blossomed into a teaching role at the local college. Although she thrived as an educator, Chris missed the hands-on aspect of hairdressing, which inspired her to open Fusion Hair Co..

Initially launched with a partner, Chris has been the sole owner for the past six years and takes immense pride in what they have achieved. Her vision for Fusion Hair Co. was to create a friendly, welcoming, and safe space that confidently caters to all hair textures. She is delighted to say that they have built a salon that embodies these values.
